Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your package is tracked and handled correctly.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and attach the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
