Are Trixie Cosmetics products cruelty-free?
Yes! All of our products are 100% cruelty-free. We love our furry friends as much as we love a bold lip.
When will my order ship?
Standard processing takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package's journey.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. If your item arrived damaged, please contact support within 14 days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
Are your products vegan?
Many of our products are vegan. Please check the 'Ingredients' tab on each product page for specific details regarding vegan status.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
